Welcome to Farmers Branch Concrete Services. By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Farmers Branch Concrete Services offers residential and commercial concrete services, including (but not limited to):

  • Concrete driveways
  • Patios
  • Walkways
  • Retaining walls
  • Decorative/stamped concrete
  • Foundations and slabs

All services are provided based on the scope agreed upon in your estimate or signed contract.

2. Estimates & Payment

  • All estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • A deposit may be required to schedule work and order materials.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Late payments may incur a fee and delay project warranty coverage.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service:

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered.
  • Weather delays are common in concrete work; we’ll work with you to reschedule as soon as conditions allow.

4. Warranties

We stand behind our work. Most services include a standard 1-year labor warranty, unless stated otherwise. Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products.
Warranties do not cover:

  • Natural wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, heavy equipment, or natural disasters
  • Cracks due to ground movement or soil instability

5. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide clear and safe access to the job site
  • Notify us of any underground utilities or hazards
  • Keep pets and children clear of the work area during construction

We are not liable for delays caused by lack of access or inaccurate site information.

6. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to misuse, copy, or exploit any content or images for commercial purposes without permission. Site content is owned by Farmers Branch Concrete Services and protected by copyright.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim for top-quality results, Farmers Branch Concrete Services is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Delays caused by third parties, weather, or supply chain issues
  • Client-supplied materials or designs that fail over time
